Spend the day with Flat Rock Cellars President Ed Madronich and Winemaker Andrea Perez Castillo for an in-depth look at what goes into making a great bottle of wine. They will walk you through what they do, how it's done and why they do it. More importantly, you will do and experience the work for yourself. This is not a tour - it's more like reality TV, without the cameras.
Each session incorporates four key compenents: vineyard activities, winery work, lab analysis and tasting/belnding sessions. Did we mention that it's hand-on? The content of each session is unique and designed to cover the seasonal activities taking place at the winery at each critical time of the growing year.
We'll also serve you a fantastic lunch and you'll walk away in a cool Flat Rock Cellars t-shirt with a winemaking certificate that's sure to impress your friends. Okay maybe that's a bit of a stretch, but you'll have had a fun, hard working, informative and inspiring day in the winemaker's boots!
