Learn the art of decorating six Christmas-themed cookies (three sugar & three gingerbread) with Red Seal Certified Pastry Chef Tanya Huggins, Owner of Bella Cakes Niagara. Tanya will guide you through professional techniques like outlining, flooding, and layering, plus share tips and tricks for adding beautiful holiday details.
Enjoy a live Royal Icing demonstration and take home Tanya’s signature icing and sugar cookie recipes to recreate at home. Approximately 2 hours.
No Experience Needed — just bring your sweet tooth and holiday spirit!
Includes: All decorating materials, professional instruction, six cookies to design and take home, and a glass of wine or mimosa. Ages 19+.
