Saturday November 15th - 9am -12pm
The ProActive Health Team is hosting this 17th annual event, offering services to our community:
- 8:30am FREE Outdoor Fitness Class
- FREE Laser, Chiropractic*, and chair massage treatments
- Fitness package promotions - choice of FREE gift with each purchase!

In lieu of payments we will be accepting donations for Community Care St Catharines Thorold:
Non perishable food, gently used winter clothing
