This unique dinner will celebrate the Royal Thai-inspired cuisine from her acclaimed restaurant Kiin, showcasing Thailand’s rich and ancient culinary heritage and traditions through Chef Nuit’s creativity, passion, artistry, and modern interpretations.
Chef Nuit is a celebrated Canadian-based chef specializing in Thai cuisine. As a restaurateur, she is known for bringing an authentic Thai flavor to her Toronto restaurants, including the Michelin-recognized PAI and Kiin. A former nurse from Thailand, she left her career to pursue her passion for cooking, inspired by her mother's family recipes and Northern Thai street food. Chef Nuit is also a published author and has appeared on shows like MasterChef Canada and Top Chef Canada.
