This Valentine’s Day, bring your sweetheart to Flat Rock Cellars for an unforgettable evening of love, laughter, and luscious flavors! On Saturday February 15th, we’re teaming up with our friends from Fielding Estate Winery to host a one-of-a-kind multi-course dinner, crafted with passion by Chef Tim McKiddie of Smoke & Barrel Niagara. Each love-inspired dish will be perfectly paired with two premium VQA wines—one from each winery! Hosted by Winemaker Andrea Perez Castillo and the dynamic Heidi Fielding Co-Owner of Fielding Estate, this event is all about delicious food, exceptional wine, and Valentine vibes.
Dinner Guests are invited to visit Fielding Estate Winery to enjoy a complimentary dome rental (a $20 value) in their Wine Dome Lounge where you can enjoy fabulous wine & ciders or something delicious from their lite bites menu!
This is a one-of-a-kind winter wine country experience and should not be missed! If you are out and about exploring the Benchlands on the long weekend, why not drop by Flat Rock on Sunday February 16th or Family Day, Monday February 17th to enjoy our February Wine & Chocolate Pairing ~ complimentary for our dinner guests.
